HOW to become a volunteer
1) Complete the Volunteer Application
Fill out a new volunteer application with your availability and preferred areas of volunteering so we can best recommend where your time would be most needed.
2) Attend the New Volunteer Orientation
Attend our virtual new volunteer orientation on the first Sunday of each month at 2:00pm. Look for an email invite after filling out an application .
3) Signup
After filling out a volunteer application and attending orientation, browse volunteer opportunities and sign up for a time slot.

Host A Fundraiser
Amplify our impact by organizing your own fundraising event, supply drive, or awareness campaign. Take the lead in supporting vulnerable women in Memphis, and we’ll help you every step of the way!
Attend a Lunch & Learn
Join us for an engaging session to discover more about our mission, meet our team, and see firsthand how we support women across Memphis. Bring your curiosity, and we'll provide the conversation!
Spread the Word
